Eric D. Klein
About
Eric Klein is a Senior Managing Director with Mentor Securities LLC and The Mentor Group Inc. As an investment banker, Mr. Klein has worked on a variety of corporate advisory transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, capital raises (debt and equity), and RTO's (reverse take-overs). Many of these transactions involved emerging growth and established middle-market companies. Primary industries include information technology, manufacturing, business services and eCommerce. He actively maintains extensive domestic and international relationships with institutional (Private Equity Groups, Family Offices, SPAC) and strategic investors.
He has founded, managed, and held senior executive positions in a variety of companies. These have involved real estate, information technology services, energy/utilities consulting services, import/export (durable and non-durable goods), seafood importation from Asia, manufacturing, distribution, apparel, general merchandise and wholesale liquidations.
Prior to joining the firms, he was a partner with Vantera Partners LLC a corporate advisory and merchant bank. He also served as a Vice President at Hunter Wise Securities LLC, and WestPark Capital, Inc both middle-market investment banks. He was Director of Operations for Alpha Industries, Inc., a manufacturing/distribution company, and advised Fortune 1000 corporations such as BCBG Max Azria and TRW.
