Gary E. Lotzer

Gary Lotzer is a Senior Managing Director with Mentor Securities LLC and The Mentor Group Inc. He is an expert in business valuation, business and marketing plans, industry research and financial modeling. His valuations have been used for partner dissolutions, IRS estate tax support, litigation damages, and business sales.
He has over 30 years of diverse business experience, across abroad spectrum of industries. He served in several C Suite roles and started private companies in the U.S., Europe and Asia. He has applied this expertise to investment banking engagements involving structuring debt and equity capital. He has also participated in IPO's and public finance. Mr. Lotzer has provided financial advisory services for buyers and sellers in a variety of industries, as well as media, software and healthcare. Mr. Lotzer has significant expertise in completing joint venture, venture backed and turnaround transactions.
Prior to The Mentor Group Inc. and Mentor Securities LLC, he was with Nexus Brokerage and Vantera Partners. Vantera Partners is a corporate advisory and merchant banking firm. Additionally, he was a registered investment banker with Hunter Wise Securities.
