Ehsan Bazaz is a cross-functional leader with ability to create followership and drive sustainable change across complex organizations. Private Equity operations background with 15 years of experience across Fortune 50 and smaller businesses: including roles in Operations, Business Development, Sales. Proven track record of leading operational turnarounds, managing integrations, and implementing strategic/cost initiatives. He has worked in multiple geographies and companies at various maturity stages. Most recently, he ran a search fund evaluating 200+ companies for possible acquisition. Before that, he served in an operational role of a private equity firm managing the turnaround and integration of two $100M+ rental equipment companies. His corporate experience spans across manufacturing (General Motors) and technology (Siemens) industries. At GM, he held various roles including leading 80 union employees and productivity, launching two new vehicles, optimizing global supply chain processes, and leading procurement activities for a $1B global package. While at Siemens, he served as a management consultant hired by the Siemens Global CEO, partnering with senior executives to implement key strategic and operational transformations, culminating in managing a multi-site P&L. BSE and MSE, at University of Michigan; MBA, Harvard Business School.
