Steven Roberts is a high-performance hospitality professional, executive, dynamic leader and operations expert that has led multiple domestic and international organizations to achieve sustainable growth and innovation across complex organizational industry requirements. His operations background spans more than 25 years which include global brands as well as entrepreneurial start-ups and restructuring. His highly diverse and global roles include Hospitality Operations, Concept and Brand Development and private label product development and manufacturing. His proven track record includes leading operational turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, and implementing strategic cost efficiency initiatives. Steven has worked in multiple segments of the hospitality industry including restaurants, hotels, food manufacturing, fast casual startups and national logistics and food distribution at various stages of maturity.

Most recently, he scaled an international aviation catering and concierge service business, tripling revenue and doubling market locations. Prior, he served in an operational consulting role of a fast casual startup business, scaling it from inception and one unit to 27 units in a two-year period, scaling to $29M in sales and 15% EBITDA. Steven’s corporate experience spans across private label food manufacturing (Balducci’s and Le Pain Quotidian of New York) to high end food retail with Sutton Place Gourmet and Hay Day Country Farm Markets. He also launched the east coast division for Revolution Foods, producing more than 70,000 meals per day for charter schools and inner-city school accounts as the growth vehicle for this Oakland based food production company.

 

He has partnered with senior executives and venture capital groups to implement key strategic and operational transformations, including mergers and acquisitions while managing multilevel P&L performance and growth.
