Terre is an accomplished retail veteran with over 30 years having served in numerous senior leadership roles with national, private equity and family-owned companies. Having led west coast expansion for both Target and Kohl’s, and the turnaround efforts made in Macy’s Home business, he understands the importance of building teams that deliver results, build customer loyalty and improve EBITDA.

He’s a versatile and data driven leader that thrives in turnaround/transformation roles and has a track record of success. Having led teams in excess of ~8,000 with full P&L responsibility and revenues exceeding $1.5B, he’s known to engage his leaders to improve efficiency, ownership and accountability.
