Buy-Side Search

Mentor Securities conducts buy-side searches for numerous private equity groups (PEGs) and strategic buyers. When appropriate and requested, we include one or more of our executives in these engagements. The buyer defines their acquisition parameters for the targets companies, either as a platform or add-on business.

Our engagement involves these steps:

• Identify, vet and qualify target candidates.
• Provide all salient details on target, including contact information for executives and any financials.
• Perform initial due diligence and arrange introductions with the buyer.
• Maintain the third-party relationship as mandated by the buyer client. This may include assistance with further pre and post LOI due diligence.
