Ron Coill

Ron Coill is a highly experienced individual with a very successful track record primarily as an executive leader of a software technology-based start-up company. This was accomplished as a member of the Board and Executive Team of OEC, the industry leading provider of subscription SaaS and data solutions that drive original equipment vehicle parts sales and service. He served as the company’s CFO since inception transitioning to President, Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of the company’s international subsidiaries for the last several years. He was responsible for the direction and oversight of all financial and business development activities and was instrumental in cultivating significant commercial and strategic relationships at OEC. Under Ron's financial leadership at OEC, the company realized a highly profitable conversion from a US based start-up to a global organization. His insightful financial acumen and strategic direction paved the way for the company's consistent growth; both organically and expansion through acquisitions.

Throughout his career, he demonstrated his financial and operational expertise holding multiple leadership roles in a private equity backed business, strategic joint ventures and a publicly traded company. Before joining OEC, he served as the Corporate Controller and Assistant Treasurer for Advanced Elastomer Systems, an ExxonMobil venture, and earlier was the North American Controller for the largest division of Newell (Rubbermaid), a multi-national publicly traded consumer products business. He began his career in public accounting at KPMG. Ron has always been known as a problem solver who is able to see the big picture, and a team player with very high integrity.
