About

John Hanna is a seasoned executive with decades of experience in the fashion and consumer lifestyle industries, specializing in building, acquiring, and scaling global brands. He has served as Chairman and CEO of Donald J. Pliner Holdings, Thomas Wylde Brand, Charles David, and The House of Lloyd Klein. He also led The Fashion House through its IPO on Nasdaq, reaching a market capitalization of $800 million.

In addition to his operational roles, John has advised and served on the boards of BCBG, True Religion, Branded Online, and Vantera Partners LLC. He currently leads advisory initiatives for Creative Luxury Real Estate (Saudi Arabia) on a $3 billion+ branded retail, hospitality, and F&B project.

Over the course of his career, he has guided footwear and apparel businesses exceeding $800M in value through global growth and IPO exits. He has negotiated and executed international licensing agreements across fashion, fragrance, accessories, and lifestyle categories, and successfully repositioned luxury brands to drive margins while expanding their global reach.

He also executed M&A strategies and forged global partnerships that accelerated scale and shareholder value, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.
