Len Cuoco

Len Cuoco is an operating executive and turnaround advisor with more than 35 years of leadership experience, including significant operating and restructuring experience across the corrugated packaging and manufacturing sectors.

He has served as CEO, President, CFO, and restructuring executive for middle-market companies navigating operational underperformance, ownership transition, strategic repositioning, and growth initiatives.

Len’s corrugated industry experience includes serving as President of Bay Cities and General Container, CFO of Corrugated Synergies International (CSI), and CEO of Costello Brothers. At CSI, he helped develop and manage corrugated consortium operations across North America, and Western Europe, including involvement with LA Corr, formerly one of the largest non-integrated corrugated sheet feeders in North America, where he also served as a director.

In addition to operating leadership roles, Len has advised investors, ownership groups, and management teams on operational improvement, restructuring, acquisition evaluation, and post-transaction execution within the packaging and industrial sectors.

Len is a California CPA (inactive) and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Monmouth University.
