Nicholas A. Corso
About
Nicholas Corso is a Managing Director with Mentor Securities and The Mentor Group. His expertise spans finance, investment banking, banking, and wealth and risk management. Nick has also served as a business executive, in roles ranging from CEO to CFO. He has managed numerous sellside and buyside M&A deals; restructurings; joint ventures; private placements; and, senior and mezzanine debt financings. In addition, he has prepared companies for public and private investment, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures.
Mr. Corso has experience in wide range of industries, including asset management, banking and bankcard processing, insurance, consumer goods, film financing and production, e-commerce, aerospace, non-profits, manufacturing, healthcare and retail. In addition to implementing financial and cash flow models, he has managed strategic and marketing plans for many clients.
Prior to joining Mentor Securities, Mr. Corso was CEO of a commercial insurance firm and President of his own premium finance company. He also spent many years in senior management at Prudential and Morgan Stanley.
