Susan Casey

Susan Casey is a Managing Director with Mentor Securities. She has provided middle market client representation and advisory for buyside, sellside, strategic analysis, and capital raising. Ms. Casey has initiated and completed numerous transactions for management buyouts; partial spinoffs of public companies; bridge financings and private placements; and, venture fundings. She has also performed strategic analysis for startups, growth, exit, and hedge fund investments. Assignments have also involved overseas investors, strategic alliances, mergers, and preparation for public offerings.

Among the diverse industries served by Ms. Casey are traditional "brick and mortar" firms and internet companies; consumer products and service providers; aerospace and publishers. She has specialty knowledge and experience with media, broadcast, and film production, as well as entertainment firms and sports teams.

Prior to joining Mentor Securities, Ms. Casey performed a variety of consulting assignments with Dragon's Back. Also, she was a Senior Vice President with Houlihan Lokey's investment bank. Prior to that she was a Vice President in the Media Investment Banking Group at JP Morgan in New York.
